The book provides a bottom-up assessment of the strategies that individual developing countries have developed to enhance their ability to make use of WTO dispute settlement. The nine country studies cover Brazil, Argentina, China, India, Thailand, Bangladesh, Egypt, South Africa and Kenya. The publication concludes with a comprehensive list of recommendations.
