New article in Journal of International Economic Law

"Saving the WTO from the Risk of Irrelevance: The WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism as a 'Common Good' for RTA Disputes", the article that I co-authored with my HKU colleague Chin Leng, has been published in the JIEL, an Oxford Journal.
